Should be legal period, not just decriminilized, and production will depend on demand whether the government like it or not. They will never control cannabis unless and should be totally legalised and subject to minimal tax (same as on food).
I live in Amsterdam, the dutch have allowed people to buy pot (decriminalized) while still doing nothing to deal with criminalization that occurs around the industry, is it a typically dutch way of solving a problem...and it is inexcusable.
Excellent video. And the dutch are very good with their policies on drugs. :) Proof after proof has been shown eradicating the dangers marijuana has. This is just another Holy War, only this time it's the U.S. & the rest of the blind "free" world vs. something which most likely was here even before man.
its clear making it illegal will increase crime, the real problem here is there just isnt enough room for the tourists that enjoy the laws for the people who live there some are just complaining because they dont like things to be crowded...
I agree with the one gentleman that states, people go to coffee shops to get high and stoned. Their mindset prevents most of them from fighting......LOL. Not like a person who is drunk. There should be coffee shops all over the world. In fact one should be able to escape reality in a safe place, even in one's own home, without being labeled a criminal. If one is taking a drug(drugs and booze) to a point of super excess, than that person's problem or problems go way beyond the drug itself.
i totally agree
alcohol causes a lot more trouble than weed!
Germany should make it legal too, or even better the EU!

all we have to do is legalize in our own countries and then there wouldn't be as much need to cross the ocean to enjoy a bit of freedom.
