And in accordance with that I'm perfectly capable of supposing the "out of Africa theory" predominant in anthropology that human beings were fully developed in Africa and then spread via migration to other territories as either archaic homo sapiens or modern homo sapiens (between which there is almost no difference).
Mesopotamia is traditionally regarded by historians and anthropologists as the "cradle of civilization" and Africa is regarded as the cradle of humanity.

Before that human beings were hunter-gatherers, we have modern day hunter-gatherer societies that subsist without agriculture. As a matter of fact, your subsistence is actually better in a hunter-gatherer culture as you get a broader diet as opposed to agriculture, which generally, particularly in archaic states, means you (despite having a larger population due to increased food yields) have one staple food.

If by black you mean the theoretical child's skin would be dark, similar to the skin of African people and their descendants, that would be wrong too on account of the fact that offspring of that kind generally have an inbetween as far as skin color.

Actually, if you want to talk about anthropology, the idea of equality before government has roots stretching much farther back than civilization itself, which has roots only to about 5,000 years ago. In foraging band societies, which encompasses the majority of human existence if you give any regard whatever to science and empirical data, there was no such thing as government and reciprocity was the primary means of human exchange, not dominance so much.

That is, if you fit that strict definition. Obviously societies with towns, villages, long-distance trade, occupational specialization, or class stratification existed in some form of fashion in other places around the world. Regardless, though, agriculture itself only dates back to around 10,000 BC.
