OK. I have a problem. I did everything you said to in the video. When I went to load ocarina on the wii i clicked it and it gave a black screen. It didn't do anything. I have the boot.dol, the XML file and the jpg. Is my boot.dol corrupted? My wii version is 4.3u. Does it have to do with that? Thanks for your time :)

Hey guys, I used this other tutorial. I have the Ocarina app on my Wii (I didn't use a converter, there was a link in the desc where it was the Ocarina program but it was dol. All you needed to do was delete the elf and replace it with the dol then go back and copy the Ocarina folder and put it in apps.) I got the cheats (they showed you how in that tutorial, too) and put in my SD card into the Wii (with the codes) opened Ocarina and it was just a black screen. Could you help me?

@JonnyToTheCore Well, it did mess up my Wii, a little... But if you open Ocarina and your TV remains a blank screen (black) try reseting it. If you pressed reset and nothing happened then unplug all the wires connecting the Wii to the TV then wait 2 minutes before plugging it back in. After that, it should work fine (not Ocarina, the Wii).

if you are getting invalid Wii app. make sure the file name is "boot.dol" NOT "boot.elf".  imy ocarina can't seem to load any cheats. i am using the game disk and i used bannerbomb to install HBC(4.2U) do i have to use an external device for them to work?

Im supposing you have the homebrew browser correct? Just open that, go to utilities and youll see ocarina with a question mark by it. Check it will update it for you. This one is outdated.

errrrrrg when i go to the wiki place and press download it opens automattically ( i cant spell) i extract it then open it up it shows what you said at 0:38 but when i open 'hbc' it gives me a gecko1901 folder and a "read me" file. so i open up the gecko file it comes up with 3 things a " boot.elf" file then below that a " icon" file (which opens up a picture) and below that a " meta file". where is the ocarina file??? and what is the ' apps' folder??
