Really? If you want to build abs quickly,

safely and effectively, then I suggest you

try the program offered by the site

    AmazingAbs.info

and rest assured that it provides health

improvement.. I tried it myself and it

    does what it promised.

  • good.......

  • knee ups hurts me, any suggestions?

  • @Buqu625 it sounds like a knee problem =|

  • can i use a 3g dumbell instead of the medicine ball?

  • @LuigiFan7 At the ball reach crunch, it should be no problem ;)

  • @BatspindaVL Thank you for replying!!

  • Lekke man. Gooi hom boet! :D

  • I'm sick of seeing this "upper abs" and "lower abs" crap. Anyone with any knowledge of human anatomy will tell you that abs don't work that way.

    1) A muscle contracts evenly throughout it's entire length.

    2) One end connects to the sternum, and the other connects to the pelvis. There is no anchor point somewhere in-between.

Also, if you want to increase the size of a muscle, then you will need to go for high weight/difficulty & low reps. "Low weight & high reps" is far, far less efficient.

  • I Do this Workuot 3 times at veek ! That's All.!

  • there ARE no upper/lower abs.. every ab exercise that is not obliques, works your whole rectus abdominal!!!

  • great video! this is really going to help me! but is there an alternative to the medicine ball?

  • youtube.com/user/CRAZYLOCO54?feature=mhsn

  • This workout is brilliant!

In just 3weeks i got beast 6abs!Though i do a lot of sports every day,but this helped me get my abs in shape!Im only 14 so you better hurry ;)

  • nothing for the lower back? one internal & external oblique exercise?..= Muscle imbalances everywhere!

  • I did this at gym yesterday and it nearly killed me, BRILLIANT! :D

Thanks so much, thats a killer set of exercises

  • What can you use instead of medicine ball?

  • how many week this workout?? thanks :)

  • How much is that ball and what store you get them from?

  • the first one looks like hes humping an invisible girl! lol

  • I'm 15 years old and i don't think my body can take all of it so i'll make the floor pikes, medicine ball reach, knee ups and hell touch. Hopefully i will see some progress in some time:)

  • Hey, what if I do this everyday? Actually, I want to do them twice a day, mornings and evenings. Is it going to give me better results or should I let the muscle rest?

  • @moricestreet909 err how do I say this , my abs are getting there slowly but it's only noticeable in the middle not on the left or the right of my belly , how do I work on those sections 'cause they feel kinda weak , hope you know what I mean..

  • Peter , Is it very effective ? 'cause I got bored seeking of an effective abs workout

  • @blackb3ard911 3 times per week

  • They are all good exercises, but i wouldn't call them intense.

  • any abs roller tips....

i wanna combine ur guide with it!!

  • how heavy should te medicine ball be?

  • @TheNarutoFan98 Around 3 to 4kg

  • @moricestreet909 can i do the medicine ball workouts with dumbells instead?

  • Peter I really enjoy your videos and all the free tips on your website. But one question, I see the usage of dumbbells in many of your videos, how I do determine the weight of dumbbell I should be using??

  • @BoyLovesErza The dumbbell shoudl be the weight that allowes you to do the amount of reps that the workout structure suggest you do for each exercise.

  • @eLebryo lol.

  • I have followed your six-pack vidoes for some months, and I have had the six-pack for a while, can you please put up some eight-pack workouts? :-)

  • @MrTabbyFan It's the same thing!

  • @moricestreet909

    Haha, no it is'nt.

  • @MrTabbyFan You probably can't get a eight-pack, no matter how hard you work. It's just the way the abdominal muscles are formed.

  • @Dragon4Bitter

Yes I thin I can, because when I jump, and like hit the ground, I can see the other two "packs"

  • @Dragon4Bitter Correct. Some people can, some people can't.

  • cool man like it :)
