@jessxxy Yeah, it turns against you unless you know how to evade the consequences, and even so, you'll have to face them sooner or later. It's the same as when you wish someone a bad fate, it will come back to you sooner or later, it's called Karma by some.

and if you believe someone has cursed you it will most likely be effective. o.o It's all about what you believe in.

Not so. Some curses use potions or charms. These are physical, not psychological. For example, if somebody curses you by pouring a potion in your well, and that potion contains a poison, then you can believe\disbelieve all you want, but poison is poison. It works on a biological level.

The same if they place a charm in your house that contains a chemical. For example, flies, or mosquitoes. Even if you don't believe in the curse, the chemical is real and will attract insects.

@DominantNeckFetish thats usually a superstition in most theatres, as during lays the curtain/scenery movers that used ropes and whinches to move stuff whistled to each other...some peole that have whistled in theatres is known to be extremly unlucky as some actors have died because of this due to scenery accidently being dropped upon them

Not whistling in a theater isn't a really superstition. Before walkie talkies were invented, stage hands in big theaters used to use whistles to direct when sets were moved.

If you whistled while stage hands were practicing you could have a sand bag accidentally dropped on your head, or a trap door open up under you, because a stage hand thought that was his signal to do something.
