  • what the hell is zumba?

what the hell are you doing?

  • Hahahaha I Live In The Queen City, Well Pretty Close To It xD && im going to go and try these dance classes someday

  • I bet that baby is a very dance-y baby : )

  • I meant to say ONE foot is always on the floor, or else she wouldn't have been dancing at all- ha ha!

  • For those of you who feel this is too intense or that her "jumping" is dangerous, you are very wrong! I can see the way she safely modifies the movements to maintain safety and comfort. Even with the bouncing motions in the beginning of the video, both feet are always on the floor. Good for her, very inspiring!

  • lol i love how her stomach shows from under her shirt

  • aren't you not supposed to jump around during pregnancy? i mean i totally agree with being active but you really shouldn't be bouncing up and down...

  • @pinkfantasy9699 Lol, there are some people who continue to jog throughout their entire pregnancy =] As long as your doctor says it is alright, then a little bit of bounce should be just fine.

  • @pinkfantasy9699 Also, when she was jumping in the beginning, it looked (to me) like she was landing softly enough rather than abruptly

  • I have to hand it to you…that woman has got stamina…..I mean look at the rest of the people dancing and huffing and puffing…..Wonderful :)

  • She is MOVING with that belly! She makes it look like nothing! I'm so inspired! :D

  • Dang that woman can move! Wish I had her in a town near me to teach me some dance moves!!

  • @mxkawichick Join your local Gym! Surely they have a Zumba class nearby! It is so much fun!

  • Are you trying to trigger labor? All that jumping isn't healthy for the child!

  • @Moontimez Actually, It's very healthy. It helps open up her hips and helps the baby descend into the birth canal. She was doing the lighter version of all of the moves and wasn't jumping. He labor should be swift and not to mention easy if she did this everyday.

  • @Moontimez When exactly in the video did you see her jumping around? Because I sure didn't see it. Everything she did was perfectly healthy and it's encouraged for pregnant women to be active! What she did was great!

  • @cmartyn88 1:44,those kind of movements are far too intense. Being active during a pregnancy is perfect but doing intense workouts which require activity such as jumping isn't necessarily healthy for the child. Most of the workouts she was performing were defiantly acceptable for the child but the jumping parts may cause damage. It really depends on how many months the future mother is as well.

  • @cmartyn88 With the weight that little darling is carrying there is a possibility that these high impact aerobics can cause the placenta to detach.

  • I look at her, then back to me, then back to her, then back to me... LOL Im a joke. I shoulda started back BEFORE I was pregnant. Not Zumba, I can't dance, at all, way too shy. But now I'm 34 weeks and wishing I had exercised. -6weeks of bedrest.

  • i fucking hate zumba...

  • MY INSPIRATION!!!! Everybody keeps telling me im crazy cause im doing Zumba @ 29 weeks..... i just show them this video and say "If she can do it i can do it too....downplaying it a bit" =P Goooo zummmbbbaa!! =D It makes me feel so much better after every workout that i dont understand how pregnant girls can just become a potato couch (of course in case theres not a medical condition that forces you to be in bed rest). Anyways, great example Angie, keep it up =D

  • So does this help with back pain???

  • that baby gon have sids

  • @harrischarday You do realize that exercise is not believed to be a leading cause of SIDS right? But pregnant women are encouraged to exercise, sitting on your ass not doing anything can harm your child a lot more then exercise.

  • @blaeskaze yeea i kno what sids is and how its caused(it would occur after the baby is actually born) just a lil video humor. i know women are supposed to excercise and all, but the way she moving im afraid something might come loose and drop lol

  • holy crap there was no way my body would let me move like this while i was pregnant. get it angie

  • This just put me to shame... Im going to work out now just becasue Im not pregnant and dont move like that. GO Angie girl!

  • This made me smile so big LOL LOL I love it!! Good job

  • you go girl great thing to keep in shape when your pregnet. I'm doing zumba and when I'm pregnet I'll do the same(:

  • even when we're pregnant we gotta keep our work out. Good :)

  • Great workout

  • the pregnet lady is sexy

  • im gettin a boner!!!

  • You go girl!!

  • so there is a confused old lady in each class lol

  • Sweet run down my balls all these bitches crawlee hahah they said it lollolol

  • Kudos to her. I hope I will be able to do that once I begin having children. My mom played volleyball while she was pregnant with me, up until she was 6 months. As long as the doctor says it's ok, then go right ahead!

  • Oh that is so awesome. Good for her. Hope in the next few months I will be able to keep moving like that.

  • Wow... so many haters over here... Wtf... if she's feeling OK wy shouldn't she...

I continued teaching BodyCombat untill I was almost 8 months pregnant...

My son came out perfectly healthy...

Now I'm also Zumba-instructor and if I get pregnant again sure as hell I'm going to try to keep dancing that long again if I feel good and the baby's allright!

  • So bizzare to watch and shes going all out I wish I had that much energy when I was that preggers, good 4 her tho. That baby probably Zumba'd right out her belly lol

  • @karenbarba1 well i LOVE to argue with crazy bitches like ur self and just so u know KARENBARBA1 i feel sorry for u number one ur pregnant and the labor is going to be a bitch lol number two u don't see/except other peoples opinion

i stated my opinion on this video and everyone started having a big @#$% over it grow up oh and the only MENTALLY challenged person around here is u so stop hitting the pipe u crack head think about ur baby and get off youtube Michelle Duggar

  • Comment removed

  • Your little one is going to be born dancing :)

  • I just love this!!! I'm pregnant, and she motivates me so much!!! YAY

  • @karenbarba1 OK Michelle Duggar

  • lol love it!!!!!

  • soooooooooo funnyyyyyyyyy and cute!!!!!!!!!!

  • she looks so cute dancing with her big belly!! :-)...... i luv zumba by the way ;-)

  • Wow I bet u had an easy Labor delivery :)

  • how she do that!!!

  • J'adore la Zumba et pourquoi pas zumber au prochain bébé si tout les conteurs son ok !!!

  • There's another prego instructor, her channel is ecuachic17 ...these girls are such an inspiration but always consult your doctor before working out pregnant. Every pregnancy is different. This video is awesome! =D

  • LA VIVE,,,,,,,,,,,

  • Beautiful and sexy!

  • AWESOME!!! great way to stay in shape and open it all up for the baby!

  • Is that even healthy for the baby? D:

I mean I have no idea, but I would have thought that a lot of sudden movement could cause some issues aside from back pain.

  • I think its wonderful that you have so much energy and joy so far along when many women are grumpy and sad with the way they look. I hope some day when i have children i have the confidence to happy with my self and now that even with the fat belly im bring life to this world.

  • ALL those who have made bad comments ist either they are fat as f&^k and are unfit people and cant respect the fact that this woman as soon as she pops she is going to have a bad ass body!!! those who talk sh*t are just haters!!!! Ive had 3 wonderful kids and I never looked so slim and fit while prego...I congrat THis fit mommy she is an awsome example could not say more...

  • I think people are just jealous because she looks AWESOME!!

  • I think its horrible that people dont appreciate pregnancy in all its beauty and "nasty gross"-ness. You wouldnt be here if your mother hadnt gone through pregnancy to create you. & being fat is a whole other ball field then being pregnant and your stupid if you think otherwise. Fat people (besides those with disorders) CHOSE to be unhealthy in their diet and EXERCISE so I think its great that this mama is taking care of her body and not being ashamed of the beautiful life giving creature she is

  • How cute! Way to stay in shape while preggo"!!

  • Comment removed

  • @donnamaduro lmao wtfe

  • @YupME83 shes fucking pregnant give it a rest dahhmm!

  • @ShelbyLynnMarieTrent who the Fuck cares if she is pregnant or not don't show your nasty gross stretchmarks stomach you know damn well you wouldn't want to see a fat bitch jumping and hopping and dancing around with her fat all out so why would we want to see a pregnant woman sooo give it a rest and admit it is gross THE END:)

  • @YupME83 hate to tell u but i dont See any Stretch Marks. what are u pissed or sumthing bro cuz you shoot Blanks or what????

  • @P11nkP0w3R4ng3r NUMBER ONE BRO its gross nobody wants to see a pregnant person dancing and giggling all around with her tummy all out would u be ok with watching a fat person dancing and giggling around and number TWO WHO told u i was shooting blanks OMG LMFAO my secret is out oh nooooooooo the world knows LMFAO ur a crazy @#$%^&*:) what does shooting blanks have to do with my comment and who is saying iam pissed because who ever said that is fucking stupid i wrote a opinion MY OPINION the end

  • @YupME83 pregnancy is a great thing, only people that dont like it r the ones that cant get others pregnant. lol ur opinion is funny as shit. lol ur just another immature kid looking for pregnant zumba dancing and comment on it even if u think its grose u still watch it lol. love it!!!! haha

  • @P11nkP0w3R4ng3r if you call 26yrs old immature then I guess I'm immature I would rather be that then a crazy bitch like ur self and of course I can't get someone pregnant I'm A Woman hello (crazy freak) u must be a man right only men talk this much shit lmao and if ur not a man u must be one of those ugh people who have 50 kids lol that must be it that's why you think pregnant belly are beautiful ewwww and yeah I did watch the video and I was grossed out scared for life thanks:)

  • @YupME83 your age doesn't make you mature. lol and i dont think i have ever known a Female Grossed out by pregnancy. PLEASE DONT EVER GET PREGNANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and i have 1 Kid. :D if u think its nasty then u dont deserve one. :D :D

  • @P11nkP0w3R4ng3r of course only a old person would say something like that (age doesn't make you mature)lol i didn't say i was grossed out by pregnancy i SAID i was grossed out by a pregnant woman jumping and jiggling around with her belly all out that's gross don't change my words

  • @YupME83 No actually it is incredibly beautiful.

  • @SweetzieBat lmao if u say so

  • @YupME83 First, you're a bitch. Your mom looked like this when she was pregnant with you, too. Second, this woman is NOT FAT, you idiot... SHe is PREGNANT... I'm sure a piece of garbage like you wouldn't know the difference. Why don't you go mature yourself a little more before watching these awesome videos. Oh, and do humanity a favor and never get pregnant. PEACE!

  • she moves well and handles the extra weight like champ. makes it sexy.. i like it alot

  • I'm pretty sure that baby was a little dizzy when it was born!

  • Love it!

  • Damn crazy ass hyna lol : )'

  • I think this is so cute and your baby will thank you for it! =D

  • this is some funny shit but yeah I don't know why women are so afraid of exercise during pregnancy. We were hunters and gathers for crying out loud. I'm pretty sure those mamas were jumping quite frequently trying to run away from mountain lions and still managed to produce lots of humans. The important thing is that you stay hydrated and don't exert your self to point your about to pass out.

  • @betsygeezy LMFAO agreed! people freak out for the littlest things when they're pregnant and act like they can't do anything physical. like its some type of disease.

  • @betsygeezy LOL

  • @Kattygranados I am a Zumba Instructor as well and held classes the whole pregnancy, my OB said it was fine as well. My baby was born on his due date, perfect and healthy. As an Instructor you should be educated on fitness while pregnant before you give any advice to your pregnant students.

  • I wish I had known about Zumba when I was pregnant with my 5 year old and 2 year old. I felt very fit during both pregnancies and walked, but felt that wasn't enough. I had heard of Zumba a couple of times during my last pregnancy, but had no idea what it was and now I love it and have lost 20 lbs because of Zumba. I think it's great that you didn't stop due to pregnancy. Some people act as if pregnancy is a handicap and stop doing so many things. You're right, if doc says it's OK, it's OK!

  • I think its awesome that she exercised that far into her pregnancy. I bet she had an easy delivery.

  • Kudos to you for staying in shape while pregnant. Many women often forget it's important to still take care of themselves while they are pregnant. It's okay to exercise, have muscle tone, and be in shape if your a woman.

    :)

  • I'm 5 months pregnant now.. I did zumba once, my doctor said it was fine because I needed to do some kind of exercise.. It was fun but I was tired out so quickly. I started taking it slow and easy. When I did work at Walmart, I moved all over the place. It was healthy to move about and walking around.. I was on my feet but when the note came saying I cannot lift heavy lifting which I never had problems, my baby is healthy and fine. I haven't been active as much, I walk around every few weeks.

  • your a good zumba teach prego or not!!

  • lol. poor baby.. u look good Mercy was my favorite your baby will look back at these videos and laugh.. not in a bad way its cute. you go girl..

  • THIS IS AWESOME! sending zumbalove from ohio!!

  • @jy01000 Please education yourself about pregnancy, because it's healthy for pregnant women to stay active during their pregnancies as much as possible. There are few exceptions. I''m pretty sure her doctor knows more about being pregnant and dancing more than you, so next time, please think before you post and don't judge

  • this is totally safe. theres ways to modify it for pregnant women. i am 20 wks prego and do modified zumba.

  • im so going to get up adn do some zumba dancing that seems fun.. im 39 weeks and feel like i been pregnant for 2 years omg!.. wish me luch!

  • you go girl. love it! Zumba instructor hugs!

  • Thats amazing!!! I am 9 months pregnant and would love to have done this throughout my pregnancy. I think I will start after I have my son. to get into shape afterwards! your are beautiful! my goodness you looked soo healthy!!!!

  • no wonder she's pregnant..

  • So impressed!! Awesome job!! To all those saying it's dangerous, you can tell you are taking it easy for Zumba, but your moving and dancing and I'll bet all that stretching and movement helped keep you stretched and limber for labor. Kudos to you sister!!

  • i really envy u... i should have done that when i was pregnant that's why from 50 kg i went to 80kg...stress made me gain weight !!!!T_T

  • gee i wonder why she wont's to dance her mommy is one why not her. that is so cute i <3 it.

  • when my mom was pregnant with me she danced rock n roll...:) even with a big belly...!Well,believe it or not...:) and i'm was a healthy baby and I'm still healthy now...so i think there is nothing you should worry about :)

  • I can't believe there are that many haters out there! I can't even do Zumba that well and I'm not even pregnant! Good for you for staying healthy and being able to work it well into your third trimester! <3

  • Good for you for staying in shape during your pregnancy.

  • Ah, mein Got! Esse menino vai nascer zumbando...:-) Parabéns, mamae!!! Bacio!

  • This is so cute! It's important to stay active, I see nothing wrong with dancing. It's not like it's kick boxing.

  • no...not a good idea to me

  • ok good to see that she is one healthy mom...but i don't think this is appropriate.... my opinion

  • Inspiration!!!! I think it is wonderful that you are staying in shape!

  • 3:33 yeahhhh get it grandma she is working it lol

  • so did doing all this make your labor any easier...i mean i guess u wouldnt know if u havent had a baby before this but i heard excersise makes labor easier and i havent stopped gymming since i got pregnant

  • Get It, Angie!!! I am 9 months now, but not brave enought to do it in public, This made my day. Thanks

  • That looks like fun!

  • What a hottie

  • Im just over 7 months pregnant and i can dance a little bit to my favourite songs in my living room, but i couldn't do this cos i got high risk pregnancy becos of high blood pressure and have been told my BP has to stay below a certain level otherwise it is dangerous for the baby.

  • i think its brilliant that you could still dance like this while pregnant its good to see people keeping fit

  • I was a dancer before I got pregnant but due to being so sick in and out the hospital I can't find the energy anymore. I hope things change this looks so fun!

  • it's best for ignorant people not to even speak. If some of you idiots would pick up a book and read you would find that dancing which is a form of cardio is actually great for the mother as well as for the baby. Talking about you are afraid it's going to hurt the baby.....it's called talk to your doctor and read a book. Ignorance is bliss. You just make yourself look like a numbnutt.

  • @rosieparez love this response <3

  • in the military, if ur pregnant, u r required to participate in pregnancy p.t. (physical training) its actually healthy and recommended to work out during pregnancy unless doc says otherwise

  • omg this is impressive

  • I am cracking up watching this! This is too cute though...i wish pregnant people will realize that its ok to do things like this...its also a good way of staying healthy while pregnant...as long as you eating right and drinking plentyof water i believe its ok to do this...

  • That looks crazy and so cool at the same time. btw my name is Dahlia too :)

  • she probaly went into labor pretty early ..lol doing all that movement like that induces labor .

  • Wow that is great! Good for you for maintaining your health and staying that active through your pregnancy! What I liked seeing too is that the people in the class were all ages and sizes!

  • OMG! Just watching you makes me feel like I'm pregnant again! LoL

  • wow this woman can dance better than the others

  • FYI: pregnancy is NOT a disease!!!!

  • that baby is probably like mom wat r u doing out there im jumped all over in here lol

  • @bfffranceeiffeltower Every body is different. If your doctor approves you to exercise, then there is no evidence to show that exercise would hurt the baby. :)

  • @quezang

How many months pregnant were you when you made this video ? Obviously, not your first weeks...

Your "doctor" must be stupid if he allowed you to do that ! I wonder if he really knew what kind of dance you were doing, what kind of dance moves and steps etc.I'm glad your baby was born healthy, but it doesn't mean it is not risky at all. The consequences would have been dramatic if things went wrong. Anyways. Congratulations, take care of yourself and the baby

    you're very beautiful btw

  • Beautiful!

  • This is realy cool!! It looks like so much fun!!!! I don't see anything wrong with being pregnant and staying active :) I still do my zumba and I'm 6mo. pregnant and after I'm all done I feel really good, as long as my doc says it's fine I'm going to stick to it ;) And to those worry warts, it's obviuosly safe if you see her doing it DUH!!!

  • the baby was doing rumba in there too!

  • Your gonna be in awesome shape after you have your baby

  • Theres a baby that was probably born with some moves lol :D

  • its so funny that people think pregant women should walk on eggshells while prego! its pregnancy, not a disease! its perfectly safe and a good idea to remain active and keep a healthy lifestyle throughout your pregnancy. It not only helps keep mom in good condition but helps make delivary easier. kudos to you Angie!

  • Oh my gosh, this worries me so much!! But you seem like you were responsible and aware so I'm sure baby was fine. Good for you.

  • Love it! She is an example we need to get educated before think about anything!

Zumba or any other kind of exercise is good for everyone, the most important think we need to listen to our body and respect our limits! :)

  • this class looks like you'd feel the excellent burn by ten mins in... but id be down!!

  • propss :)

  • lollll so gooddd!!!!! nice 4 herrrr love it

  • Awesome!!!! (: I did Zumba until about 2 weeks before I gave birth to my daughter... it was high impact, but I also had doctors approval!!

  • omg

  • WOW!! I love the pregnant girl...she's more active than some women in that room!

  • Is that safe? Someone please reply

  • Omg pregnant lady can dance loved it!!

  • Aloha! Luv your song choices. Zumba luv!

  • Wow this is awesome! I bet your labor was a breeze compared to if you hadn't been active this whole time. Good for you!!

  • Whooo! Go Mamas!!!

  • haha this is so funny...and good 4 her at least the baby came out all right thats all that matters :)

  • Great to see a pregnant collegue ; ) you look so cute!

  • I hope I can be like you when I'm pregnant! Good job!

  • she moves better then the ones that aren't pregnant..lol

  • awweeesomeee

  • omg. nice!

  • OMG girlll love it i looovvveee youuuuu

  • haha this made me laugh, but dang i commend u on this one looks pretty tiring

  • Granny in the pink tee is rocking it! nice! :D

  • hawt

  • That's not safe...I'm glad you got through it but it's def too dangerous...kuddos to you but I wouldn't recommend my students to do that!

  • @Kattygranados Everyone is different and has different health precautions. I was in shape and healthy and my doctor approved me to do it. I always listened to my body and kept myself in check. Some people run marathons while they are pregnant. I danced.

  • @Kattygranados why would it not be safe?

in some cases, it could be very soothing to the baby..
