this is my condition 42 y/o male, Hiv +, dibetis, high blood presure, asthma. and depression, plus i get sever migrines. do i have a case, i all this conditions i had more then 15 years? and the medications make me sik, dizzy and i vomit sometimes. do i have a case or can i win this case?
Thank you for the info. The last part I have a "?" I was told that If the DDS determines that you are disabled they will not establish your onset date earlier than the date of the ALJ denial. When I got my ALJ denial, I submitted a new application within the first week of the denial. Can DDS really go back to the first claim then without stepping on the ALJ toes sorta speaking? I was told that the DDS has been instructed not to reverse what the ALJ determined on the 1st application.
wow you are the first attorney that I ever saw in a T-shirt!!!! You must one of the REAL people!
