I used to get sound issues like that .. Realtek HD Audio ... then my gaming friend helped me with one simple setting as I didn't realize even though my mic was on mute that it was recording ingame sound through the sound system instead of through the game itself (yes I wore headphones). Wondering if this is the issue with this vid that the guy recorded. Who knows. I finally figured it out when I realized that on Skype everyone could not hear me but they could hear my computer go "DING" ..
