I'd say that it is very hard to accurately say how to pronounce Gomenasai since we are all from different countries which means we may interpret it differently.

So I'll just say it like this, when pronouncing japanese every Kana (one character in their phonetic alphabet) should have equal length.

Gomenasai = ごめなさい

ご = go

め = me

な = na

さ = sa

い = i

So this is a 5 syllabel word really. Each of those chould have exactly the same length (a reason why japanese is such a rythmic language)
