Hey Man! You're awesome and Thank you for taking the time on showing how to do this. But I need your help. When I create the watermark and on certain images (not all) when I go to move the logo onto the picture it shrinks the logo, like down to nothing (smaller than pea size). I think that it may be the picture but I don't know why its doing that. Can you tell me? Thanks!
Your image size is a bit mismatched... Your main image is way too big for the logo. You can size it down first be changing it under "Image Size", or alt+ctrl+I.
For instance if your image is 4 inches by 5 inches at 300 resolution, your logo should be in the neighborhood of 3 inches by 2 inches at 300 res. (Smaller or larger depending on how large or small your logo should be.) If you try to size-up your logo, you will loose qulity, but you can successfully size your main image down. Good luck!
What about if I want to add my logo using a my logo layer from an already existing psd file?
I have no problem recording all my actions. But when i try to play it afterwards. Photoshop tells me it can do the move action I used to move my logo from my first psd photo file to my desired jpg file.
Any suggestions then on how to automate a batch process to add a smaller image (my logo) into a larger one???

thanks for the comment.
I think your problem is that the image is too big. its resolution that is. resize your image to around 1200 x 800 or so and then try it . :)
