@Dinobot2468 There is a pole attached to the front of the dome, that hangs down through the neck section, the dome is on a pivot, so I can grab the pole fro inside and use it to turn the dome. :-)

what type of dalek is that one based on cos to me it looks mostly like the supreme dalek from the movie version of the dalek invasion of earth a.d and dos it hav a ring modulator in it and pleeeeeeeaz tell me it shoots steam or water pleeeeeaz ;)

You are absolutely correct! That is the type it was based on. Except for the fact that, at the time of filming, he had clear "ear lights' and a plunger. He had a voice changer, but he doesn't have a ring modulator. But I am intending to make one. And he didn't shoot water or steam for two reasons.

1) All ways of making steam are dangerous.

2) He isn't water resistant.

So I am sorry that he doesn't, I wanted him to. But couldn't. :)
