I think a good reason to get this if you are into MOCs is that there are quite a few of blue pieces if you want to do blue police cars or something like that. I also like the canopy of the copter.

For lego sets Lego should charg 10$ every hundred pieces

@aplasticlife That is the benchmark, which is $0.10 per piece. Lower than this is great, up to 12cents a piece is still OK, but when you get 14 cents or more, that isn't so good. Overall the pricing on the Alien Conquest line is excellent with many sets hitting the 10 cent benchmark and below. However, his calculation on this set is off. He says $0.083 per piece when in reality it is $0.106 per piece. I DO agree the mothership, defence unit and UFO are the best in this series.
