I will admit that the commercial was in bad taste. However, I would like to say that Golden Gate is a wonderful funeral home and several of my family members have been buried by them. You should also know that the founder, John Beckwith Sr., didn't have anything to do with this commercial... It was his son, John Beckwith Jr., who now runs the company. Golden Gate is a successful and respectable company. I too plan to have my services entrusted to Golden Gate.
