@2ManyChancez um... dude, the whole picture looks that way. I think it's just a bad quality pic. And even if it is fake I've read a lot about this sorta stuff and kids who grow up in countries with lower standards of living a lot of times can get guns just as easily as adults... not only that but I've even read about homeless kids being shot down by police force in some of these poorer countries just to keep the poor population down... you'd be surprised what kinds of aweful things happen.
