I moved from FL to MN right after this announcment. Sure miss Bob Hite. Never forget not too long before this announcement there was a short story about a recall on nuts, and at the end of the 11:00pm news, Bob told us w/a devilish smile that we should all, "...check your nuts." Gayle turned ten shades of red. Now I realize I miss Steve Jerve, to! Up here in Minneapolis, we have our own Scandinavian weather guy, Sven Sungaard, but still miss Steve.
