Accually He Isnt Tri-edge. In Vol 2 they found out that Ovan was the real Tri-edge and Shinos real PKer.

That is Azure Kite but in .hack//G.U Vol.1 and 2 he is known as Tri-edge (Until Vol.3). He doesn't need to swing his swords a lot because Tri-Edge is technically a ghost form of Kite.
