@joey19952 Food Equipment store. Most commercial restaurant supply stores or catering equipment stores should have it, labeled 'Steam Table Pan'. The one used in the video was 20-3/4" Long x 12-3/4" Wide x 6" Deep that I bought locally at Frank Spicer Co., Inc.
