i practise a lot but i can't get the speed that you have. i think it's difficult to make 32th notes between 16 notes.

Thank you for your comment. In regards to the independence, this video was not intended to demonstrate independence, more just straight up foot technique.

I have plenty of independence, something I work very hard on, not the focus of this video however...
