Maybe because they just released book 7 and they are giving time for parents to recover from the 400 + pesos spent only on one book.

theyre not selling it now becuase they still need to make sure its completely authorized to be published, and that there are no more mistakes in it. also i think theyre still getting peoples opinions about it.
