@Nativethunderman You can't execute it without having the Scorpion classic DLC or the classic bundle downloaded to your console either by you or another user on your system. It's simply not possible. However, if you're saying you executed it when you were not wearing the DLC costume, that applies to all classic characters. You can choose whatever costume you want as long as the DLC is downloaded.
