This is shrik(Idol worship) , you praise only to GOD, not his messengers or prophets. [Quran 4:36] You shall worship GOD alone--do not associate anything with Him.

@thameemnf dude, u said 'you praise only to god' i admire ur willingness to stay on the tauheed. but read this in any language translation in the quran 33.56 'Allah and his angels send salutations upon the prophet muhammad. oh you who believe, you too send salutations and praises upon him.....
and on a seperate note, the word Muhammad LITERALLY means THE MOST PRAISED. allah didnt choose that name for himself, but kept it for his prophet. so think twice before labelling stuff in islam. peace,

@thameemnf look bruv read Quran perfectly. if u say praising others is wrong then u are doing shirk everyday, if someone does a good things do u not thank him thanking is one kind of praising, in Quran Allah praise His Beloved along with Angels and orders the believer to do the same thing and to salute Him with the best respected way. Prophets name is Muhammad(saw) it means the praised one i hope u understand.

its not the right to sing and utter the quranic verse and islamic verses with music
and the way they adopted it does not look well. cause we are muslim we should not adopt the ways of non believers as we see Prophet Mhammed Pbuh refused the suggestion of that shabi who said that we should have buggle or fire or drum to call for the prayers .Prophet said that these are the ways of non muslim. we should not adopt that. as it regard to naat or hamd thats a reallly great job we should say it.

A.R. Rahman - He's a film composer, recording artist, and India's answer to John Williams. This particular piece (Zikr) is from a Hindi/English movie "Subhash Chandra Bose: The Forgotten Hero".
Rahman's film music is pretty good to listen to, if you can find it. Try Slumdog Millionaire OST.

This is absolutely right according to Quran that always remember Him in your heart. I have practiced the zikar.This gives you great peace of mind never felt in any thing of this word. you automatically comes under a mechanism that guide you any instant about what is wrong or right. Allah ho is real Islam. This has created inside me a soft and loving man.
