Sometimes I wish that Green Day stopped at Warning. It was my favorite era of theirs, and with American Idiot and 21CB it seems that they're just going to burn out badly in the end. Warning showed a different side of Green Day, a side that is hard to interpret, but it also shows their true feelings as a band. So sad that its overlooked these days.

I don't think so...American Idiot is a more tematic album but very long songs, Insomniac is the album off green day that has the most hard sound, there's not slow songs in insomniac. I think they just evolve and change with every record.
