Wow, not only does this woman redefine "laziness", but I'm betting she also has MSG oozing from her pores due to all the over-processed chemically-enhanced foods she seems to think so highly of.
Oh, and another thing: who the f--k wears a white top when cooking w/ balsamic vinegar???
"And look at that presentation, its not even DONE yet!" you mean you can still make it worse than it already is?! ofc she can. i like how she has the gall to think that any of her creations can be equivalent to something in an expensive restaurant
Except if you found it in an expensive restaurant and it said "roasted portobello" you might be excused for expecting them to be roasted and not stewed in bottled salad dressing.
Mmmm... reduced vinegar. Bet they taste like hell.
"Y'know because i never got why people would buy a fresh loaf of bead then cut it up and toast it, that takes like 20 minutes all by itself. When you could buy these YUUHMEEE cheap crap slices of crap instead!"
She used the balsamic roasted garlic vinegarette dressing.... and then said "It's great, it has balsamic, garlic, vinegar..... and other herbs.." why? why? I knew it has those 3 main ingredients because that's the name of the dressing... oh aunt Sandy... you're hopeless....
roasted garlic balsamic vinigrette "there's balsamic in there, there's garlic in there, there's vinigar in there" Seriously? I would have never guesed.
Salad dressing is not a seasoning. Not. A seasoning. It's not. It's just not. It's also not some kind of pre-made sauce. It's got different kinds of oils and preservatives and (especially in the case of these kinds of vinaigrettes she uses) binders and emulsifiers and crap like that in it. That's why it looks so goopy and unappetizing.
@MrUnicornXD Actually crostini takes about 15 minutes in the oven, to get properly dehydrated enough. I don't know why that's an issue, because it's not like it's hard. Also the bakery is usually OK with slicing the bread for you if you ask.
hahahah, I found myself laughing after she gives a description for Roasted garlic balsamic vinaigrette:" It has roasted garlic, balsamic and vinegar" :))
She is so in to semi-homemade that letting the air out of the seal bag before giving the mushrooms a "massage" will exceed the percentage of 50% Homemade.
It's just so classy that her shirts are always made of the same material as her curtains.
Also classy that she uses herbs and spices that are worthless since they're dried and packaged like that. Just throw some dust in instead - probs taste better.
"When you can buy something like this!" Why? It's called making food that tastes good and is healthier, Sany. You should try it sometime.
Wait, I just noticed something, she's claiming that the lack of fat in the ricotta will make up for the lardpie... I mean, cake she'll pseudo-assemble later on, but then she adds that godawful garbage dressing which most probably contains a fuckton of calories... No Sandy, if you want a real nutritious appettizer you've gotta lay off the prepackaged shit.

So, to be clear: she has no idea what balsamic vinegar is, right? To be fair, she's probably never seen it outside of vinuhgarette form, I suppose.
