  • lovely! But I prefer not to add water in order to preserve it for longer. Just let the cut apples soak in sugar for 2-3 hours until it release its own juice. Boil 3 times and put into sterile containers. You may not keep it in the fridge it won't get spoiled but will remain all the vitamins.

  • निशा जी, jam के ठंडे होने के बाद निम्बू का रस क्यों डाला? साथ में या गरम में क्यों नहीं डाल सकते? Strawberry jam / puree के लिए तोह मैंने देखा था की पानी और निम्बू या vinegar डाल के ढक के उसे बनाया था. ज़रा concept सम्झायियेगा please ... शुक्रिया! :-)
