can anybody answr pls, why does the stock have to be that long if the barrel should be floated and the stock is not holding the front barrel? i mean, why dont just cut the stock so that the barrel is free and floated
@vhinz1118 Basically the long stock on a free floating barrel is for utility usage like bipods and such to help steady/support the rifle for long distance accuracy, plus id you shoot off hand you wouldn't want to hold onto the barrel then again it wouldn't technically be free floating anymore either.
I have learned something from every one of these videos. I wish they were longer too. Much better quality then a couple of specific videos I paid for.
Yet ANOTHER re-upload of an old video?! Why? the only thing i can think of is that they being reposted in HD also, i noticed the wording in his voice over is a little different than before...
Ah well..im still hoping on a Youtube-exclusive from Larry. Something longer than 90 seconds, ya know?
