I used to get this far but I never knew how to finish this game, I'm here 20 years later still looking to find out what the end was.

@nervouss There were lots of things that you had to do to get a good score/win. I probably haven't played it in 25 or so years, but I will try to remember a few of them for you. #1 you had to get the circuits to spell STOP to shut down the conveyor. You also had to contaminate the chemical vat with the pitcher of fluid. Once you had the crystal, you would plant some dynamite on the reactor and then get to the Tardis as fast as you could (or you could use the escape pod for less points).

No wonder I was lost while playing as a kid. This game still makes no bloody sense.
