here is the bottom line all these MF's have her blood on their hands the pig sorry excuse for a mother that helped and watched she should die in prison but she more than likely is having the time of her life the beast that tortured her daily and killed her having the time of his life the grandmother that pig should drop dead of a heart attack the neighbors who did not report, ACS, the defense attorney and the Judge who did not give the death penalty.Did i leave out any other MF's.

Wow i'm so hurt by this....If CPS's only job is to protect children and make sure they are bein taken care of why are so many children being killed. If that is what they are being paid to do they need to do it or they need to go to jail right along with anyone else who stood by and ignored the fact that a child is being abused.

I remember this tragedy...the mom stood by and watched it happen...she did go to jail, as she deserved...the real pathetic thing I remember is that NYC's version of CPS was called by the school many times, they investigated numerous times and in their opinion found nothing wrong...they should be held accountable also

This is one of the most tragic things to happen in recent times. It literally brought me to tears. Unloved, unwanted, starved, raped, and then beaten to death. Perhaps the ones responsible for this are experiencing the same thing now. I hope and pray that Nixzmary is in a better place. While it’s too late to save this beautiful child, there are others experiencing the same thing. It’s not too late to save them from a similar fate.

Her siblings were abused as well, the weren't loved or cared for. For example, Cesar would tie Javier (Nixzmary's older brother) to a chair and put duct tape over his eyes.

She was beaten to death because she took yogurt from the fridge... that poor beautiful sweet angel... I am thankful that she no longer has to live with such pain and is now in heaven with warmth and love. I hope that her mother and step-father rot in jail, they both should be treated the way she was, that should be their punishment. Starved and beaten. I think that eye for an eye should be punishment for ANYONE who hurts a child, they should be hurt in the same way!

If I was a neighbor, every time I heard her scream I would try to call the police. I wouldn't turn up the TV so I could hear my favorite show, chances are it could be a re-run anyway! People may care but they only care when it's too late! It's like the worst has to happen for them to finally get the message!
