  • good old mortal kombat

  • This is a start, Microsoft would be very proud of you sir.

  • YOU NEED TO MAKE A WEBSITE!!!!!!!! also is their a bettery in their or do you have to plug it in? if it is battery how long is the life span?

  • @AlexBowmanFB sorry no battery. I have a website. there is a link on my channel.

  • i know that if you move an xbox it will make rings on the disc...does it happen in your xbox laptop?

  • @RockyBoy502 install the game to the hard drive that way the disk only spins for a few seconds when you first start it. that way it isn't an issue.

  • do you need to plug it into the wall?

  • is it just a xbox with a monitor or is it a computer to because 1000 or more is just ridiculousness

  • @zombiekillerKJ It is just an xbox. You are looking a 3 weeks of 8 hour days of custom fabrication. There are only 2 or 3 builders in the world that are building these mods with this kind of build quality. The ones I do are the thinnest in the world! No one else has even come close. I charge as little as I can to allow me to keep building them. I have $1000 out of pocket in each one. It is not just a pc monitor it is a laptop lcd modded and programed to work with an xbox.

  • How and what do you make the case out of?

  • This is pretty awesome. But how do you transfer the power from the cord to both tje xbox and screen?

  • i think i could do this myself the only problem i could find would be the fan placement and thats not difficult. i going to start on one right now

  • @TDRAWTSproduction I say go for it. Just take your time and think every thing through before you try it. you will still run into a lot of trial and error, a lot of error. but don't be afraid to mess up it is just part of the process.

  • @darkuncle33 I have expirience building gaming computer so this should take me about a month or 2 depending on how much time i spend on it

  • @TDRAWTSproduction that is how i got started.

  • hey I was thinking of making one and just a couple questions for you 1. what's the smallest could it be with your design which I find to be the best I've seen and 2 do you think the body could be made with something other then aluminum or no

  • What about resolution? 1080p by any chance?

  • and what about a 15 inch model? Do you think you could cram all that stuff in there?

  • @Skidkid6 sure. I could do a 15" one just like this one as far as thickness, but putting a keyboard on a 15" is not doable. the smallest one i could find that was still close to full size would extend over the heatsink. so the cooling would not work. so yes just not one with a keyboard.

  • I love the idea of staying under 2 inches, but do you think its possible to make a thicker 15 inch model? If so, maybe even implementation of a mini keyboard could be possible? Something similar to the size of a mini logitech keyboard? What do you think?

  • @Skidkid6 I have thought about making it a little thicker so I can add a keyboard. IDK we will see.

  • Any reason why you prefer the gloss screen over the anti glare screens?

  • @Skidkid6 No. not really i just do.

  • @Skidkid6 No. Not really i just do.

  • Thats really nice! Great looking job! Are you going to do any with matte screen? With a less reflective one? I see that being hard to see with the lights shining off the screen. Overall really nice looking job! 8 )

  • @sk8nsn03 Yes, It is not easy to find lcds that will work for this mod so I take what I can get. I am doing three now that have matte screens. My personal preference is a glossy screen. I am not a big fan if antiglare screens but that is what most people ask for.

  • like like like like does this uses a hdd as the normal xbox 360 slim

  • @gregorythegreatest15 It has an HDD from a slim but i had to take it out of the black case and install it like a normal laptop hdd.

  • @darknucle33 the world would be a better place if people like you would get hired

  • @olala398 thanks.

  • you should have put a keyboard on it, most of the dashborad fonction can be controlled by a keyboard

  • @Anth0nyRey I wanted to but it came down to space. if i had put a keybord on it, it would have been a 1/2" thicker and wouldn't have been the thinnest one ever made. the one i made befor this one was 2 1/2" and I wanted this one to be less then 2". but our are correct a keyboard would be nice.

  • Very very impressive. Curious though, what is the screen resolution? Maybe it could be built with an anti glare screen? Just a suggestion =D Im heading to your website now, I am definitely in the market for one of these. You put Ben Heck to shame.

  • @Skidkid6 this one is 1320 by 768

  • Umm could you make it work with a battery??

  • its gotta be mortal kombat

    :)

  • Is there a way to turn up the brightness on the screen ?

  • @TheOrigamiGamer16 That is in my shop and there is tons of light in it. It is bright. There are two 4' Fl fixtures just 3 feet over that work bench. the cam is adjusting and that makes the screen look dark but it is not. It is just as bright as any desktop pc monitor or any other laptop. However, yes you can make it brighter but I set them all to auto adjust.

  • @TheOrigamiGamer16 what hard drive

  • @oxcide101 Hard Drive ?

I am not sure what you mean

  • can i do a file transfer on this?

  • @Manofdahour98 move files from an old HDD sure. you can put your hdd in it you just have to take it out of the case Mircosoft puts it in. but yeah you can use the transfer cable on this.

  • ok i want details how much does shipping cost

  • where can i buy this item ?

  • @AJPRODUCTIONSCOMPANY You can order one on my website. PM me for details.

  • This is the best ive seen... How much does it cost and can u play online?

  • @SuperGamekiller15 Yes you can play on line the same as any other xbox 360 both wifi and Lan

  • So is the Xbox internals and the screen all powered by the xbox power supply?

  • @dusty92388 yes. all power comes from the xbox slim power brick

  • Can you play online?

  • props man alot slimmer then benheck

  • K I have the same materials then. How did u connect the screen to the xbox

  • @mikeeffinp pm me.

  • Did you use a computer monitor or laptop LCD? Sorry if I'm asking alot trying to get some pointers on making one myself

  • @mikeeffinp that is a laptop 17" laptop lcd

  • Was there alot of soldering involved with this model?

  • @mikeeffinp yes. but not on the mobo. only 8 soldered conections on the motherboard. There is alot of wireing and it is all soldered. the Keypad the has some like 40 soldered conections.

  • Was that your son playing in the reflection? :P

  • @xFr4zeRx My nephews. The make good testers.

  • good video - just wondering what is the stuff beside the xbox laptop? Would be interesting to see a video of your workshop and your other stuff you make : )
