The Republican party was more interested in the Clinton-Monica investigation than in the 911, Just like the useless Anthrax investigation.

It happens NOT because of religion, but because of cultural beliefs. Honor killings also happen in Africa, Asia and South America. Are THOSE the result of Islam?

@americanwizard111, If religion really was inspired by god, it seem far more likely that it was done so to help humanity than to harm it. By filling scripture with acts of the heinous immorality (like the story of Job, for example) god's intention was clearly to ensure that it could only appeal to someone either very stupid, or morally bankrupt--unable to realize how loathsome the god of Abraham is as an entity. By convincing the useless people to waste their lives, religion improves humanity.
