salt really red meat has hellas sodium as it is !!!everything u put on there has a lot of sodium in it !!!! have u ever used non sodium products or will it taste funny? i dont use sodium on any meat an it taste great
We did your recipe(no sage) and it was awesome. Your cooking method worked perfect. Cooked with oak wood coals and some hickory chips. The best pork loin I ever ate, really. Tender and very juicy. Thanks

@ezkill99 marinade a pork loin. your and idiot. haven't you ever heard of cooking pork with chimichurri? you have to cut it open to add the chimichurri. so the juices would be coming out anyway. also thats why you cook it on low heat. O and its marinading not "marnaiding." cock sack.

man you should never cut holes into meat all it does is allow all the juices toflow out your much better off just marinaiding it for a few days ....
