My great grandfather fought in Vietnam as a Green Beret spending a 23 months in Vietnam about a year behind enemy lines
His brother also fought in Vietnam he was air rescue and saved pilots by descending from helicopters to get them. His average life span was 7 seconds.
Their children 4 of the 6 also enlisted into different branches. Also my mother's father was a undercover agent working with the FBI on certain cases.
