No... F-16B, -D, and -F models are two seaters. They're basically just training versions though, so they would be fewer and tend not to see front line service.
I have to admit that I didn't know about this plane a few days ago. I was looking at some photos on the net and there it was. Belove the picture wrote that it was an F-16 and it looked like one from the back, but a F-16 does not have 2 engines. It didn't take too long to find out it's designation and then something more about it. It turns out that there were only about 130 ever made and they all serve in the AF of Taiwan since '94. That may be the reason why so few heard about this plane.
If you pit the IDF against the J-7 and/or J-8 it has the upper-hand any day whether it's BVR (Beyond Visual Range) or dog fight.

This nice aircraft,made me think about three famous fighters F-16,F-18 and the Mirage 2000.
The nose and the wings are from F-16, the tail from the Mirage 2000, and the engine's air entrance from the F-18.
This plane looks strangely nice.
