It doesn't matter what you want to call it, submarine pitching is a great style because it is difficult for batters to hit off of it, and plus you can get pretty far with being able to pitch submarine, i am going to be a junior in high school and last season i threw 4 complete games and didn't get any loses, i pitched 7/13 games.
I throw submarine and ya that is bad- i dont bend my back like that and i throw way faster- i throw 4 pitches- 2-seam FB, 4-seam FB, slider, and Splitter, working on a knuckle ball.
its easy just try pushing and throwing i throw 6 pitches: 2 seam, 4 seam, curve, slider, knuckle and a sinker. pushing it will allow you to to have less spin then it will break alot then youll have your knucke
well im just messing around. i have been taught the different grips on the pitches, but its hard to throw it from a submarine position. i mostly throw a fastball and slider/curve.
How do I know if it's a fastball or a breaking ball. You're a bullpen and no way i can put you in a rotation

this isnt realy side arm.....
im 14 and throw over hand and side arm
i throw around 70mph and throw 4 and 2 seam FB, change cutter and curve from both over and from the side
