I realized that there's another scene of the cartoon that also take from the Disney/Iwerks Oswald the Lucky Rabbit short. Then Minnie use the black on her leg like a stocking to get her money and put it back there, they did that in the Oswald short, Sky Scrappers then Oswald bought a box lunch from Ortensia and he gave her a coin, then Ortensia use the black of her leg as a stocking to put the coin.
