Hey dude, I know this is an old video but I hope you are still enjoying this smith machine. Your video helped me make the decision to pick one of these up from Craig's List, and I couldn't be happier. The cage / power rack area is large enough for safe pressing, and of course the smith machine really lets me push heavy weight. I love the pulley system, it is so versatile, and I have been using the back cables (the ones looped through the double pulley) for grip exercises too! Great unit!

alright, I'm having trouble locating the hex bolt for the olympic adaptor. Do you remember where they were located in the package?

I did a quick run through of this product at Dick's sporting goods. It seemed to work well. The smith part was balanced and didn't have the sides sticking. I tried a Weider one right next to it and it seemed to stick bad. Tried the pulleys in front and they seemed great. I plan on getting this in the next couple of weeks.
