@VinandDark hey dude how to marry Vex in the Ratway in Riften,i tried this on many other people and there appears to be the option to marry them,but not with Vex.i think it is because she has no talk option available.and also,there is this major bug,when i try to attend my wedding ceremony,lydia also comes there,and dies with no clothes in front of the door in temple of mara,and the girl i wanted to marry goes away and doesnt wanna talk to me.i spawned lydia a few times before when she died.

@VinandDark you don't need to do all that stuff like first talk with meroland then set the codes then blalallaba...you  just need to use the comand lines directly and voila .resectquest relactionshipmariage and setstage relationshipmariage 10 thats it.

And for NPC with no avaible dialogs you can use this codes: "NPC ID YOU WANT TO MARIAGE*.addtofaction 00019809 AND player.setrelationshiprank "NPC ID YOU WANT TO MARIAGE" .
