  • Looks like just cosmetic damage. Least your ok. Word of advice. Order shark skinz. They come ready to paint. Made of fiberglass and kevlar. If you wreck. Patch with fiberglass resin and repaint. Cheaper than factory fairings too. Good luck

  • tail fairing... fairing ...

  • I've read you have a 636 now so I hope you've learned a lesson. But wtf were you thinking to crash your 250 after only a month, blame it on the weather channel and then buy a 600? I bet you've crashed that too. Btw there is no "L" in the word fairing...

  • Wow man that does suck. Be careful and ride safe!

  • Sorry dude but don't worry u keep ridding an u will get better pray very night that you get the see the morning each day or all u see last is that motorcycle totaled

  • Probs the stock skids...

  • Same thing happened to me. Imagine your bike with bent forks and a smashed up front. And i just got my bike a month and a half ago too!

  • Nooo a Kawasaki wasted !!!! :(

  • Frame Sliders failed miserably

  • wow - how did you do both sides? It must have flipper over?

  • i know how it feels bro. all part of learning for improvement. had a gs500f crashed it the day i bought it, not my fault though, intersection, guy didnt stop, i panicked accelerated and into the gutter. forward a year later, brand new k8 black and gold liter gixxer baby. but you'll never forget your crashes. keep riding the wind bro.

  • lol welcome to the world of learning...i had two falls withing the first 3 months of getting the bike .......its all good shit happens long as ur good an healthy fix it up an ride along

  • u cant even handle a 250. and u want a 600 now?? funny..

  • Glad your okay though falls can turn out real bad. But get some leather pants or suite if you can afford it man at higher speeds those are life savers!

  • Thubs up 4 you and true spirit of sharing down times. It happened to me to so chin up bro!

  • Not sure how you can take a fall like that just from damp roads then think it's time for an upgrade to a 600.... I don't really understand peoples fascinations with 600s. Most are too scared to take one to the limit and go around at 250 speeds anyway. What's the point?

  • Thumbs up for frame sliders!!!

  • thank god for your helmet huh?

  • damm i feel for you brother! i wouldnt be as calm as you if that was me!

  • Fuck it! It's just a piece of metal and plastic, you'll fix it. More important is that you and everyone else is alife and ok

  • You just recked a 250 and know your getting a 600? At least your still riding.

  • That must've been a heck of a crash for your bike to get total'd like that.

  • I would kill everyone within a 40 mile radius.

  • @Zarthias LMAO :-D

  • Wow I just got a 250 and am taking the MSF class. I think this is something to learn from, I'm glad you're okay!

  • lots of flairing pieces all over the place.

  • well itd be a lot worse it you werent wearin a helmet.

  • i thought i saw a crash kit on that thing...that still happened?

  • compaired to the bike your pretty lucky

  • i would bee flipppin out fuck the cam ifthat happpend to me n i only got the bike a month and a half ago who agrees?

  • unlucky man... thx god ur alrite tho .. be more careful next time .. : )

  • shit:/ what did u do? fix or or just bin it and buy a new bike?

  • This looks like my bike when I laid mine down. Mine started fine though after. How are you doing now? Still riding?

  • That blows, good thing yo alright. You must have been going fast or doing something wrong cause yo bike got knocked the fuck up. I've seen friends crash their bike and it not being nearly as close to the damage that you had on yo bike.

  • omg really..dont blame the weather channel on your own mistakes

it rained, so you should drive carefully..enough said

  • I don't know how you went down, but I imagine the frame sliders is what ruined your bike. Those aren't stock on the 250r, they're aftermarket. I've read from many experienced riders on forums.ninja250.org that frame sliders (on a 250r) tend to act like a pole vault when the bike goes down causing it to flip end over end instead of just sliding and ruining the plastics/muffler on one side. I've only put 12,000 miles on my '06 Ninja 250r so far. Never dropped, never gone down on my own. I did ge

  • You gotta be more careful dude

  • Sorry man, very painful to watch :( - Did the shop quote you over 2 grand to fix? - How much did you sell it for?

  • wow i would cry if that was my bike!....

gawd i hope this doesn't happen to me

    how did you get home?

    and the weather is retarded....

i would blame it on them too!

  • @mmhscheer11 My friend came with a yukon and we put the bike on the back lol and got it home sad but got a zx6r now

  • Good thing you were wearing a helmet. With that crack on the shield it is obvious you would of died.

  • You couldn't handle a ninja 250 but now you go out and get a 600 fuck just get a vespa or something maybe a go ped

  • Did 3 crashs to mine because of the street quality of streets i didn't know -.- (not rain :-D) It looks weird now and I spent all my money to fix it... but I can ride again =) and I hope I have learned my lesson and will never do it again!! xD

  • =[ this is tough to watch. i've had my '09 250 for exactly 9 months, no drops thank god. getting ready to sell it for a zx6r =]

  • Dude sorry about your bike, but if you can't handle a 250 why would you think you could handle a bigger one?

  • Damn,..I'm so sorry. Glad ur ok tho. I wd have cried on camera if that happened to me.

  • if it wasnt for that slider, nothing would be left, but it is bet to destroy the motorcycle instead of you.

  • Is that s ninja 250?

  • @ozzgor yeah it is got a 600 now lols zx636

  • Aww, thats not funny ! But keep it up !

  • man i know how you feel.. i just crashed my r6 today...hit a patch of sand on a right turn and snapped off my handle bars oil was leaking out the crankcase and the bike was all scratched up just get it fixed and learn from it. like they say its not if you go down, its when you go down

  • that blows

  • jeez, sorry man.

@trueoptimist, frame sliders r meant to minimize damage to bikes from a stationary fall. won't really help if you have an accident becasue the angle of the fall is usually different.

  • Same thing happned to me a week ago =( In the rain. But I hit my head really hard on the road and was super disoriented. Luckly I had a helmet on.

  • Wow, sucks bro, havent seen a handlebar crack like that though...

  • that sucks man. better luck with your next bike =D

  • Dude, did these frame sliders helped at all? Is it even worth spending $200 for a complete sliders kit?

  • bummer dude, are you able to repair it.

  • GLAD YOU'RE OK

  • that sucks, I had an accident too, not as bad though, I have a vid of it on my chanel if you want to see, I didn't break that much stuff though, could have been worse though! As long as you're ok though! You can replace bikes... you sadly can't replace life...

  • Dang bro, that really really suks...

  • unlucky mate :( good thing your ok

  • OH man, I'm soo sorry! Poor Ninja

  • Shit sucks bro but at least u didnt get hurt

  • yeah thank god i dont go no health insurance lol
