  • AMAZING MUSIC!

  • It was my grandfather's favourite hymn, so beautiful and inspiring. Quintesentially British despite its foreign origin! A well adopted tune!

  • Can't remember if I clicked post comment...One of THE great hymns, very well played too...

  • One of THE great hymns, very well played too...

  • That was lovely. Thank you. I don't like the Elvis, Johnny Cash, Gospel versions. Organ is the only way. xxx

  • This is really beautiful, thank you for posting this :) He truly is great.

  • good to use diminshed chord just before last chord, when melody note is Eflat.

  • The name Arnold Bullock wouldn't mean anything here. I grew up listing to his music at church. It makes me really appreciate this video. My family doesn't understand why I still like a conservative church. If i learn about the lord there, why not. Beautiful playing.

  • I totally agree with you! On the beautiful playing and enjoying the conservative church.

  • To Dr. Bullock's credit, he was a professor at Arizona State University and one of the finest Organist's in the Country. People from all over the world, and students from the University, regularly came just to hear him play. You knew he had something special planned when they would be putting up extra chairs and it wasn't a holiday. I am appreciative of the fact that at even a young age, I recognized that on Sundays I was hearing something special. He was a very modest individual.

  • I love this song, especially on the organ.

  • One of my favorites

  • Thank goodness, NO tremolo, I don't care anything about the tremolo being used on the organ, but the organist at my church always uses it, and I detest the tremolo though.

  • god im thrilled.ur playing it lovely.the man at my church 2 played this song n since them im in love with pipe organ music.

  • this song is going to be played after my funeral, when everyone goes to my church and celebrates the fact that i am in a better place partyin' with Jesus! because i can tell anyone now, joy WILL fill my heart when i'm in the prescence of God!

  • God Bless YOu is all I can say. Thanks for such a beautiful song, as the others you play so well. Gosh, I only wish I could play as well. You are a gift from HEAVEN.. Love.Phillip Huggins ...Charlotte NC

  • My goodness, there is NOTHING like GOOD organ music. That's why I'm glad my church has an organ as well. I'm not too crazy for the piano, I LOVE hearing organ music, especially if it's How Great thou Art or any of my favorite church hymns as well.

  • How great You are how marvelous - what we need the most is to love Him with all what we are - only this can satisfy man´s heart and His divine. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all you mind and with all your strength - than we will get to know Him this marvelous one

  • The way that organ sounds reminds me of the organ at my church. It sounds similar to the organ at my church.

  • That's my ALL TIME FAVORITE CHURCH HYMN. My grandmother LOVED THAT hymn.

  • So does mine.

  • i love this hymn!! great organist

  • really nice.thanks

  • Love this hymn. It is one of three songs that I wish to be played when I eventually go....

  • just sooooo beautiful..ptl.

  • As I posted on another video on here, it's a very strange but true fact: The tune for "How Great Thou Art" was derived from the same origins as the tune for the "Horst Wessel Lied," the anthem of the Nazi party. Such an unlikely pair! The tune was actually an old Swedish folk tune and there is actually a vague similarity when you listen to both pieces of music.

  • Is this really true? I always thought it was swede .. considering it was written in 1885.

  • I think you should make the title of your video: "How Great Thou Art" more people would find out about it!

  • yes, for some reason the word "organ" puts people off the music altogether.Shame, they dont know what they are missing.

  • thtat was amazing

  • fantastic hymn!!
