If Adam gets similar attention, he can't stop the concert after 7-8-10 people drop in front of him (though I'd love him to death for it!). Practicalities and all that. He has to account for his overwhelming hotness!
lol...but think of all the liabilities! Plus, this is a small concert, so I think it's ok that Adam stopped his performance once to help the poor lady. You're right, however, that he shouldn't have to stop his show because he's too hot to handle for some people. I think that's the security job; to keep an eye out for the crowd, and promptly help these people as unobtrusively as possible so that the rest of the people can still enjoy the show.

They were screaming because while Adam was attending to the fainter Tommy was interacting with the audience on his side of the stage. He was getting LOTS of attention and loving it , looked adorable with red lipstick and lots of glitter.
Ok, I must set the record straight!!! I, Lisa Harrington, was the first to go down, but it was during Allison's set....very hot, crowded, and I didn't eat..I remained in my awesome spot to watch Adam...then the next girl went5 down during Adam's set right in front of me!! I don't know of any others! EPIC NIGHT!!!!!

I was at the show and Adam's entire set was more than fantastic. Dude better get used to fans fainting at his feet, it's going to happen a lot. If you ever get a chance to see him perform live, run, don't walk, to get tickets.
This was SERIOUSLY sweet of Adam!! However, BB Adam, you'll need to get used to girls fainting at your concerts. With the way you perform onstage, it's an occupational hazard. Just have good staff to take care of your fans, and do your thing. If they're fainting at your feet, YOU'RE DOING IT RIGHT!!
