Excellent 3 part interview.

I met Joe myself once 11 years ago.

The thing I remember most about it was that it was in November and very cold. After the show, we were out back by his bus for about an hour and a half. He came out of the back door with some other people in a hurry and a short sleeve shirt, not really expecting anyone to be there.

Even though he was freezing, he still came over and talked to us for about 10 minutes or so & autographed our shirts.

He is great person & guitar player

Joe and Steve should make an album together, that has been my dream ever since I heard them both. I'm glad to hear a fan do an interview instead of some guy who isn't too sure of Joe's story or even his ability on the guitar. Joe is the man though, he's one of those guys that you just can't imagine being rude or arrogant. He really is the best guitarist besides Steve in my opinion.

Vai and Satch do intend to make an album together before they kick the bucket. They just cant find the time...Lets hope they find the time! :P I love the fact that EVERYTHING Satch writes instills a completely different emotion, always relevent to the title. Everything he writes is "music". Vai is more hit-or-miss, but when he hits he REALLY connects for me at least. Two amazing guitarists, and from what I've seen in G3 jams they would create one hell of a spectacle, in the studio and live.
