Think about it let's say hypothetically speaking they make a little money off it in the beginning if people get a batch of seeds in them or goes to someone that has seeds you can grow it at home where at home they can't tax you if your growing it yourself. As to cigs and alch where realistically speaking who the hell grows tobacco or makes there own alchohal?

@dil4lif in taxing alone they would make enough money, not to mention the possibilities of fuel ie ethanol, building supplies ie. lumber, food. the medical companies hate this plant because is natural and wont make money off of it if it was legalized, they want people to be sick so they can sell more pills.
