Serato does help a bit but honestly if you have used it the you know it does not give you much of an advantage. I use serato and unless you are truly talented you will never be able to compete with the real DJ'S. AL3 Is amazing and the only advantage he has with Serato is that he is not lugging crates full of records around.
Hello my friend, I have two answers: first, I just try to create different rhythmic scratches with each hand/turntable and second, I used to box and the hand coordination on the speed bag, heavy bag and mitts actually helped my cutting.
