Hilarious commercial, mediocre game. I liked the path they took in the Budokai Tenkaichi series. Going back to 2D fighting seems like a step backwards.

I dunno, the "2D" style, or arcade style, DBZ games were pretty awesome. I've played it, it's actually extraordinary. Tenkaichi 1 was a cool concept, Tenkaichi 2 improved most of the mechanics and sped the fighing up, and then Tenkaichi 3 improved the graphics and made infuriatingly difficult to block pretty much anything. Burst Limit took the good elements of Budokai 3, the best of the DBZ games before Burst Limit in my opinion, and improved them along with the graphics.
