  • This music s heaven on earth! <3 In my opinion the best opera ever! :-) Thank you for uploading :-) Love from Denmark!

  • i thought there are blonde...

  • I LOVE the section 1:32 - 2:39. This music gets me everytime and the meaning of the words is wonderful in every language.

  • Okay, first what for HOT dark kinghelper virgins ^^ second, it's look very to hollywood and the language is not that good...

  • Everyone that sings opera is ugly as hell!

  • wow! you're really really dumb! what a remarkably inept comment!

i salute you, master of mental enfeeblement!

  • @scordeteyla That comment is his crime, to be capable of thinking of making it is his punishment.

  • @TehSwedishGuy Have a look at your face first, you idiotic monkey...

Apart from overwhelmingly stupid, you're blind, man. If you call the three dames in the video ugly, specially the blond in the middle, that says a lot about your sense of aesthetic. Else I suggest you have a look at Anna Netrebko, Detlef Roth, Diana Damrau or Lyubov Petrova. Ugly people? T_T

  • I love when Tamino holds Papageno's nose closed. :-)

  • This filmed version is simply gorgeous!!!

  • A masterpiece, forever written "inside"

    thank you !

  • The first time I realized what a genius Bergman was, was when I watched his interpretation of this scene. I even accept his changes in Mozart's score!

  • Sett denna hur många gånger som helst under uppväxten...på vhs band såklart ;)

  • excuse me?

  • seen this many times when I was younger :)

  • @TheReparedWings ohhh me too! :) already as a 5 year old child! hihi

  • @enaily0 My parents are musicians; they had this on a VHS and I loved it since I was tiny. When I was 4 or 5 I used to make my mom chase me while singing bits from the Queen of the Night and put a snow padlock on my lips. LOL, I was kind of a weird kid... XD

  • Definitively classified intergalactic!

  • Originally the films director Ingmar Bergman wanted to shoot the film inside Drottningholm Palace (in a royal park on the outskirts of Stockholm). Ultimately the scenery was considered too fragile so the set was painstakngly copied in the studios of the Swedish Film Institute under the direction of Art Director Henny Noremark. The film is available on DVD and is a must see!

  • @EnglishBayley Where can I find this on DVD???

  • @papagena92 on amazon.com; just look for "Magic Flute"

  • well :) they really are beautiful :)

but josef köstlinger is actually austrian...^^

  • Why does everybody think that all people from Sweden are so beautiful? I mean, there´s no difference between us and people from other countries. Someone please explain this for me!

  • one person says Swedish people are beautiful and you say everybody says so?

i suppose johnmannno just says it like that and doesn't mean everybody is Sweden is beautiful and the rest is ugly, because that's just silly... i wouldn't take everything literally, if i were you...

  • @Ithilhilad yeah, but compare them to other countries opera singers.... :-P
