Funny! I followed the disk instructions and then it says "No access to the internet". I looked everywhere on the net for suggestions or tips but I had no luck. All I want to do is connect my PC through the cable and at the same time have wireless for my laptop. I'm 100% sure that my mistake isn't anywhere within the WAN settings. I double, triple checked absolutely everything! It may be with the MAC address, but I cloned my PC one and still nothing. Can you help me?

If you need to change wireless network password, you should open web browser (your TP-LINK defauld adress is 192.168.1.1 login: admin pass: admin) and go to Interface Setup/Wireless. Your password will be shown on this website. If you can't login to your device you must reset it.

@tvpms No it will only allow you to use your existing DSL internet connection wirelessly instead of hard wired. If it got you free wi-fi the whole world would be covered in signal.

@marko4449 yes, i did manage to fix it. First, When ur internet modem is directly connected to the computer, find and note your ip address, subent mask, dns, default gateway etc. then connect the router as it asks you to, and then open internet explorer, and type in the ip address of the router. then click quick setup, and choose static IP as the option. and finish the process. after that, go to static routing under advanced settings, and click add new. the add all the info u found earlier done
