I usually laugh when I hear other musician's versions of Joni Mitchell's classics (unless it's Herbie Hancock), but Melody and her band left me in awe with this one.

Beautiful, just beautiful.

Incredible song and performer! Too bad that the sound quality isn't the best. Sure would love to catch Miss Gardot in a live perfomance! My understanding is that she doesn't get out of the eastern seaboard though :(

Saw her live last week at The Stables, England. Bought the CD. Awesome talent. The trumpet players are something else - lovely old 'late night' muted sounds. Makes a change from saxes. See her live if you get the chance - she doesn't do many live gigs due to her injuries. Gutsy lady. Respect.

I would LOVE to have an entire concert of Melody live!!!!! Especially this song!!! Can't get enough of it!!!! Perhaps in the future she will put a live cd out!
