The jam happened because he was using a high cap.mag. glocks with standard mags almost never jam and still hold 17 bullets. It only takes half a second to reload anyway. If he was using standard mags he would've killed an incredible more amount of people. And most guns are made to hold more than whatever you think is enough. My 30-06 can kill 10 people with 1 shot. Is that too much?
