Wow...I remember seeing some of this footage from a preview trailer of Disneyworld that ran in theaters right after it opened. Reminds me so much of my first visit and stay in the Contemporary in 1974. Thanks.
Just goes to show how Walt and his team was able to sucessfuuly push the established engineering boundaries at that time. The "It can't be done" phrase, simply didn't exist in his vocabulary.
What date was this film made...? it should be in the Film description. This is a very inspiring construction technique that architectural students still aspire to... although its difficult with modern insulation standards.
