I have and in my experience only luxury "apartments" have more then one and then thats still quite the rarity. Thats because "apartments " are designed primarily as either cheap or single occupancy. Also Ethan clearly has a bachelor's pad. What single guy living in a bachelor pad would require his abode to have more then a single bathroom?
