I do like this kind of humor. I guess I'd call it observational. He takes mundane things and looks for the humor in it. I think that is a good philosophy for life. It doesn't have to be side-splitting funny, you just kind of get sucked into the banter.

If it wasn't for Jerry there probably wouldn't even know of Larry David. The show "Seinfeld" was a way to get Jerry's stand up on TV, hence why the first series have loads of stand up then it got less and less.

Larry David is a funny man and a great writer, but he could never do stand up like Jerry.
